The latest verison of various OPC Servers sold by DASTEC are available here. Call DASTEC or submit a request via e-mail to Sales at our domain DASTEC.COM if you don't see what you want. Upgrades are FREE of charge if installed and authorized within the 90-day warranty period of the original purchase. A new authorization form must be filled out and submitted to DASTEC to complete the installation of the upgrade. Refer to the DASTEC Software Authorization manual. Note that these are the actual software products sold by DASTEC and will perform all specified functions if installed in the demo mode. The term demo applys to the use of the product in a demostration mode or limited time period.
IMPORTANT! Directions for installing software
The files here are zipped versions of the same product available through
the mail. To use them after downloading, unzip the file(s) to a temporary
directory on the computer's hard drive. To install the software, run the
SETUP.EXE
program in the temporay directory. Follow the instructions presented in
the different dialogs. You must accept the software license agreements
for the software to be installed.
To evaluate the software, register or put the software in the Demo mode within the DASTEC Software Authorization utility program. Registering and/or Authorizing the software can be performed at a later time. The software will not start unless it has been authorized or placed in the Demo mode. A program folder will be created during the installation process that will contain the shortcuts for the manuals and supporting programs of the Server.
