DASTEC offers technical support via telephone and email on all software sold for licenses under warranty or covered under a valid Annual Software Maintenance (ASM) agreement. Out of date software licenses and ASMs can be renewed by purchasing a new ASM contract. Please refer to our Annual Software Maintenance Policy for details and pricing .

Product Technical Support

Support includes any technical support questions, moving/recovering licenses or requesting re-Authorization for damaged computers or systems. Support is provided via email and telephone. (Telephone support is offered for US customers only).

A technical support contract can be purchased on a pre-paid hourly bases for $125.00 USD per hour. A discount of 1% on the total is offered for each additional hour purchased with a maximum discount of 15%. Contracts are valid for ninety days from date of purchase.

Technical support is offered between 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST on business days. All inquiries will be answered within one business day.
