The latest version of various FactoryLink tasks and drivers sold by
DASTEC are available here. Call DASTEC or submit a request via e-mail to Sales at our
domain DASTEC.COM
if you don't see what you want. Upgrades are FREE of charge if installed
and authorized within the 90-day warranty period of the original purchase.
A new authorization form must be filled out and submitted to DASTEC to
complete the installation of the upgrade. Refer to Appendix A of the user

Note that these are the actual software products sold by DASTEC and
will perform all specified functions if installed in the demo mode. The
term demo applys to the use of the product in a demostration mode or limited
time period.
IMPORTANT! Directions for installing software The files here are zipped versions of the same diskettes available
through the mail. To use them after downloading, unzip them to the root
directory of a diskette. Be sure to preserve subdirectory structure. If
using PKZIP, use the following command: pkunzip -d filename.zip
X:
where filename.zip is the name of the file downloaded and X
is the driver letter where the installation diskette will be created.
To install the installation diskette created, type A:\INSTALL or
B:\INSTALL B:
To install from a folder, unzip as above to the choosen folder. From a command
prompt window change directories to that folder and type: INSTALL . where the dot
is required to indicate the location of the source files (the current folder).
To evaluate the software, register or put the software in the Demo mode
within the DASTEC Software Authorization utility program.
