Product Download Technical Support

Overview:

After clicking on a download link, the server will display a download form using a pop up window. After you complete the download form, the server will initiate the actual download process using pop up window and the http protocol.

Requirements:

• You must ensure that your browser will allow pop ups from our DASTEC.COM site.
• If you are using IE, set "Automatic prompting for file downloads" to Enable. This setting is found under the Downloads section of the Security Settings accessed from the Custom Level button on the Security Tab.
